The facility is nice (it's still fairly new), has some parking and a drive-thru. You can order ahead and their rewards program is great. One issue is that they are occasionally very short staffed and this can impact your wait time. They also have seasonal drinks that are BOMB and then are off the menu ?. The Brown Sugar Iced Chai Latte is SO GOOD! Get it before it's gone.
I literally live a few feet away from this store. I love donuts but never had a chance to try Dunkin', so one day I went to buy donuts. I got there maybe 1hr before closing. When I tried ordering, they told me they had everything else but the donuts. Since I had no business being at a donut shop that didn't sell donuts, I went home empty handed. Since then, I never went back. Whenever I need a donut, I'm willing to get the low quality ones from Vons or where else nearby, because...read full review

Originally from New England, Dunkin is a part of me. I had their hazelnut white chocolate bark iced coffee, which was refreshing and a glazed donut. I personally love their glazed donut. I would say the drive -tru is on Rosecrans, so during peak traffic, it can be hard to exit.
