The service is noted for extremely short waiting times from ordering to receiving an order, and the staff is always receptive to feedback. The espresso with whole milk and whipped cream (Venti size, which requires four shots of espresso) tastes really good, and a Brown Sugar Expresso with added brown sugar foam and extra cinnamon powder was loved. Food is always warm and coffee consistent, and the vibe is lively with good music. However, there is a long drive thru line and limited parking. One issue mentioned is an online order for in store pick up at 8:30 pm, but the store was closed, a problem that happened 2 and a half years ago. For inside orders, they use porcelain coffee mugs, plates and real utensils, and keep the place clean and well organized with clean bathrooms.
