Mom and pop chinese hawaiian restaurant with some winners. They had the best chicken katsu I ever had and I've tried a lot of japanese places. Tasted like regular fried chicken and they got the crispy an flavorful texture right to produce a winning combo. Don't forget to top off with their katsu sauce. I am from Hawaii and I must say this katsu was horrible. Cut into big chunks, cut before being fried and lots of batter. The katsu sauce was something else, did not taste like katsu sauce at all. Maybe more like a curry sauce. I did order the bbq mix plate which was fairly decent. The kalbi could have used long on the grill but the bbq chicken and teri beef was good. Mac salad is a hard pass! Wow First time here and all I can say is amazing!! Super friendly super clean. And the food great fresh. Definitely will be back. Huge menu so many choices. Not like your typical Chinese food ever taste is distinct and robust... Large good size portions, Wow speachless Good Job guys!!!
