“I came in to order and the kiosk wasn’t working, and there was no one at the counter for several minutes. Eventually someone helped, but the wait was frustrating. It would help if staff checked the counter more often when the kiosks are down.”
This is the first kfc that I've had an issue with. I ordered online and it was supposed to be ready within 20 to 30 minutes. I waited about 23 minutes and got notification it was ready. I went inside and my order was not ready at all. The staff looked so confused. Waited an additional 10 minutes. I checked my order before leaving and I was missing chicken tenders and both mashed potato and coleslaw. They had given me a wrong side dish too. Very inconvenient.
