Your store in Union Landing could be a training center for poor customer service. I went in to buy a holiday gift card and was told only the manager had this function. Within plain sight, the manager continued to count change in a register till for 8-10 minutes while I waited. When he finally came over he informed me the store had no gift cards left. What a joke. I will not be back to this (or any other) Andersen location...after using it as a work lunch destination for many years. Train your staff!

The driver of an Andersen Bakery truck with a 510 phone number on the side was driving dangerously on the Bay Bridge headed Eastbound this morning around 8:45 AM. He was tailgating vehicles and moving in and out of lanes unnecessarily. Management needs to have a sit down with the dude and teach him about safety. Next time I see that driver, I am going to have my passenger take a video of his tailgating and post it to YouTube.

Today at 5:00pm your supervisor manager at Oakridge mall San Jose CA. refused to sell 3 pieces of brad. A customer was ahead of me and I asked for the pieces of brad and he starting screaming and indicating that was not my turn I asked for the manager and he starting claiming that he was the manager supervisor and that the law protect him from selling to me and he also instructed his fellow employees no to sell anything to me. I have his picture if you want more info.
