Shan is simply the best! He has been very helpful in all things drinks & desserts and is not hesitant in sharing his expertise. He genuinely cares and treats all of his clients really well. Really impeccable care and attention to his clients. Fanale products are of good quality as well. Never had a complaint with the products and delivery is always really prompt and professional. From day one, my rep (Shan) has been very helpful and it is obvious he is extremely knowledgable in all Fanale Products. He treats all his clients equally whether you are a small mom and pop shop or a big box company, the care and attention he provides is equal.In addition to the great service, the products are of good quality as well.I am very happy with Fanale and look forward to continue working with them in the future.

The staff here are really nice and patient, special before our opening, all the trainings and following up are very efficient. Gave us lots of help, I feel so appreciated about all their work for my tea shop! If anyone looking for some great supplies for the boba tea or special drinks, here is the place!
