Ordered fish burger and mozzarella sticks and everything was old been sitting under the hit light and served to me. They lucky it was bad traffic yesterday or I would of got a refund. Check your food befor you leave only thing that I was able to eat was my slushie.

I personally love Burger King and never have I had a issue that I can recall like I did at this particular Burger King ESPECIALLY with an "manager" not only does this manager not care about his customers he dont seem to care about his job either i was very unhappy with the service I got the other day the fact that my food wasn't what I ordered that I had already been waiting in a long line for and then once again for the correct order at the window when I finally received my order the fries where nasty and cold like they have been sitting I then park and got off my car and I asked to speak to a manager at this point when the manager had came out by the name of JOSE he seemed not to even care what was said or the fact that I was unhappy I was letting him know the HORRIBLE experience and long wait I had and how i just waisted my whole lunch break trying to get a meal which I couldn't even enjoy he had no solution and just stood there looking at me as if he didn't know what to do like hello did you hear my complaint do you just not care he then says to me what would you like to be done like are you kidding me I'd NEVER GO BACK HERE AND ILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT EVEN BOTHER AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE so I hope you look into this Burger King and REPLACE that manager asap or have him redo his training cause what I've experienced is NOT OK EVER in any way shape or form

Went here for one purpose while running errands. To get a cherry icee float. Asked to add vanilla ice cream to it a cherry icee, was immediately told “no we don’t do that”. I said so people aren’t allowed to add extra stuff to their food? Was told no we don’t I can ask my manager so I said ok but she just stood there staring at me until I said so…. Are you gonna ask or no? And then she said yeah no we can’t I said why can’t you just do it and charge me for both and at this point I was laughing cause it just seems so petty for no reason… then she goes so you can have both in a separate cup. I just said nope I’m good and left, I’ll never come back here. I’d rather drive further away to deal with more pleasant people. Mind you, there were 0 people in front of me and 0 behind me in a busy shopping center. Can’t imagine why or anything
