Asked for a Texas Double Whopper meal over the drive-thru, received a single regular Whopper meal, was charged for a Texas Double Whopper. "Great deal: pay more, receive less! :-) "Not returning back, should have gotten a cheap burrito at the Cardenas supermarket instead.

I have a question. Can you tell me why the Burger King on e12th in Oakland doesn't have a value MENU? VERY BASIC MENU. NOTHING NEW. EVERYTHING ON THE MENU is about half the price here as compared to the Oakland East 12th street location. All single items start AT ABOUT 3 DOLLARS there's like 3 items to choose from. Is it because of the homeless people nearby? To keep them at bay?

I used to love going here as a kid with my family. Unfortunately you can't expect much from a fast food place compared to a self owned business that cares about your needs. Came here the other day and the man behind the counter did not let me know about their no lettuce shortage. Got home with a overpriced burger with only the bun and meat. Outrages.
