Amazing place! One of my favorite restaurants in the bay. The mushroom empanadas, guava ribs, and seafood paella are to die for. I’m from Miami and this is the first Latin fusion restaurant that is actually authentic in the bay. Cocktails are great too! Service was really fast even though they were packed.

I was frankly hesitant going jere because of some of the menu items - seeing deconstructed paella and Italian food at a Spanish restaurant were red flags in my mind.
That being said I was pleasantly suprised by my experience. Tje flld was good, staff was all great and the restaurant felt quite nice. I did find it to be a little on tje pricy side but not a rip-off.

This place was a total hit! Food was amazing and service was excellent. We each had a salad and then shared the meat platter. The kale salad was out of this world and was a really nice size. The meat platter was perfect for the three of us. Only downside to Toro is the acoustics are bad. You can hear every conversation and its really loud.
