I experienced such great customer service when I visited Cold Stone Creamery on Thanksgiving Day. I ordered two ice cream cakes for pick up, and before handing my cakes to me, a male worker asked if I wanted him to write anything on the cakes. I said no because I didn't pay extra for such and I didn't want him to do extra work on a holiday. He told me that he'd do it free of charge and that he would love to do so. How could I say no? I didn't take a picture because the cakes were cut into and devoured as soon as I placed them on our dinner table, but the writing was beautiful and the cakes were delicious. Thank you for your kindness!!!

Super happy with this Cold Stone location! The ladies here today were wonderful! The place is super clean and service was great! We had Yessica make our ice creams and she killed it! She gave the perfect amount of ice cream and mixed in the toppings so well. She also didn't skimp out on the amount. I've been the cold stone in Fremont and this one beats it!

It's usually a hit or miss. Depending on who is working would depend on if the containers have enough ice cream or not.I usually base my tip on the quality from the previous visit and the day of the visit. So if I have 2 lousy visits in a row, then I will not leave a tip at all.With newer staff comes the learning curve of how much ice cream is needed for the different size containers.

Pumpkin Bread batter ice cream, starting the ice cream base, milkshake consistency, Graham cracker crumbs like sand, cinnamon, Carmel syrup, Betty crocker vanilla frosting.Well, liquid shake created. Staff was OK. Obviously, these seasonal flavors suck.Fix is simple, but Coldstone creamery always falls short. Real Pumpkin Bread folded in with some candied pecans and whipped real cream with a cinnamon ginger ice cream. That will never happen looking at the Carmel Apple ice cream canned apple pie filling gross. The push to end false advertising by restaurant chains needs to change. Spending money on crafting food sinage needs to be put on making their products.Love it is really leave it. Will support other local ice cream shops.

Great customer service by Stephanie yesterday. She welcomed us when we entered. She was patient, friendly and shared her favorite flavor. The store was clean and you could smell how fresh it was upon entering. The ice cream was so good and the chocolate waffle bowl was FRESH! Definitely would visit this location

Yesterday it was so hot I just had to treat myself to a Gotta have it with cake, batter, chocolate and banana with marshmallows and toasted almonds. The service was excellent. The employee that helped me she was sweet, attentive, kind, and really packed a nice ice cream for me and my grandkids they enjoyed it the ambience was also great. It's pretty crowded in the air but the staff handled it and took care of everyone in a nice timely fashion. I'll definitely be going back soon probably in a few days but I love their flavors. Their cakes are also good. I had two years in a row ice cream cake that I created, I should've got one last year because I let someone else do it and I was disappointed I should've stuck with coldstone right while I'm out. Enjoy your day. Go get you some cold stone today tomorrow and the next day.

Small location and doesn't seem clean in a rough neighborhood. Only ordered ice cream bucket so didn't get to try their other options but didn't feel the need to try. Didn't look appealing inside.

The ice cream here was great! The only thing is if you order two flavors tell them bot to mix them or they will automatically!! They did ours and they would have been better not mixed. I think they should ask before mixing them but otherwise the ice cream was great!!
