The people helping do not seem like they like their jobs. They were also not trained well on allergies. I had to tell them how to scoop my daughter’s ice cream and make it up. A little smile goes a long way!

Super happy with this Cold Stone location! The ladies here today were wonderful! The place is super clean and service was great! We had Yessica make our ice creams and she killed it! She gave the perfect amount of ice cream and mixed in the toppings so well. She also didn't skimp out on the amount. I've been the cold stone in Fremont and this one beats it!

It's usually a hit or miss. Depending on who is working would depend on if the containers have enough ice cream or not.I usually base my tip on the quality from the previous visit and the day of the visit. So if I have 2 lousy visits in a row, then I will not leave a tip at all.With newer staff comes the learning curve of how much ice cream is needed for the different size containers.
