After tasting the ceviche de pescado, seco de carne, aji de gallina, papa rellena, etc., this truck will take you back to Peru. It's legit! It is most similar to Peruvian ceviche. Their menu changes every week, so I suggest checking out their Instagram page (elcausafoodtruck) and plan accordingly. You can also call ahead and place your order! Makes crossing the bridge worthwhile!
It is the fourth time we have visited the place and we really like the food, they have a different menu every day, the food is fresh and very delicious. The service is excellent. This time we ordered mixed ceviche and lomo saltado.
Awesome Awesome ceviche, it's a must. I will go back this weekend, it's a husband and wife business, and their customer service is impeccable! A 10!
