You have to be honest when it comes to fast food, in my case five guys always has good service and always has a reasonable wait time for my food. The food is always consistent and I enjoy coming back every once in a while. Good job five guys ??

I used to frequent this place at one point. I'm glad it's still high quality all around. Peanuts stacked mile high! And take all you want, they even encourage it!

For the Hayward store near Costco. My original order was incorrect & I had to return to the store for a replacement. After apologizing, They willingly made a new bacon cheeseburger. And, for the trouble of having to return, they gave me a free milkshake. Great service!!

This 5 Guys is definitely one of the better ones.Extra toppings actually feel like you're getting what you ordered, clean facilities, friendly staff, just a solid spot to grab a quick burger and Cajun fries.Best part is they're efficient, even if the online orders are rolling in, you'll get your burger in a relatively reasonable time.
