You have to be honest when it comes to fast food, in my case five guys always has good service and always has a reasonable wait time for my food. The food is always consistent and I enjoy coming back every once in a while. Good job five guys ??

For the Hayward store near Costco. My original order was incorrect & I had to return to the store for a replacement. After apologizing, They willingly made a new bacon cheeseburger. And, for the trouble of having to return, they gave me a free milkshake. Great service!!

This 5 Guys is definitely one of the better ones.Extra toppings actually feel like you're getting what you ordered, clean facilities, friendly staff, just a solid spot to grab a quick burger and Cajun fries.Best part is they're efficient, even if the online orders are rolling in, you'll get your burger in a relatively reasonable time.
Parking: Lots of parking as it's a large plaza next to Costco
Did customer service at five guys on Hesperian Boulevard is extremely poor. Today I had a terrible experience there. I do not recommend this place.

Best burger hands down, their peanuts are a nice touch as well.It was easy to order and came out superFast.Food was great and the fries are very tasty. Forget in/out burger trust me and come here!My only comment is the tables were dirty and the music is a little loud

The environment was really nice and so was the whole fast food place it felt very clean. The cashier was super patient and nice and made sure that we had our exact order that we wanted. We had a lot to order but she stayed patient with us the whole time. The food came out pretty quickly and was delicious. You can see them cook your food right in front of you. They have peanuts that are free and you can eat while waiting and a soda fountain. This is making five guys one of my favorite restaurants
Parking: Was able to park right outside and there was a lot of available parking
Kid-friendliness: There's crayons and small index sized cards where you can color and put it on the wall. Very kid friendly
