Hours need to be updated. Was there Wednesday around 2 pm and Yelp hours says open but they were definitely closed. Look forward to updating a review once we can try it.

I'm very happy with this addition to downtown Hayward, I love coming here. You order and pay upfront and then they'll call your name and you get to watch the show of them making your rolled ice cream. Afterwards you can pick toppings to add to the creation. My favorite has the been the PB&J, but they got rid of it! So I still need to find a new fave.

They're doing a great job! Hand sanitizer available, staff are wearing masks, and the ice cream is so delicious! So glad this place has opened again! The fruit is so fresh and the staff show that they care! Thank you Frostie Rolls!

My fiancé and I discovered Frostie Rolls by accident one day while we were in Hayward, and we continue to come back. The place is pretty spacious with some awkward structures, but plenty of seating for customers. Parking can be a bit annoying since it is right in Downtown Hayward, but at least parking's free! The customer service here is a hit or miss. I've encountered some friendly staff and some that are ok and are just there for a pay check. The menu is pretty big and there are flavors that can satisfy any palette. There is a viewing area where you can watch them make your ice cream and they also offer unlimited toppings! My favorite is the First Kiss with strawberries, mochi, and condensed milk toppings. I have been on the hunt for a good strawberry dessert that doesn't taste too artificial (like most American Strawberry desserts). This one has been the closest I could find to this strawberry ice cream I had in Tokyo. It's pretty good and always satisfies my sweet tooth! I have tried other rolled ice cream shops but I still prefer Frostie Rolls.

Creamy ice cream rolls! Located in downtown Hayward. $7 + tax with unlimited toppings - the ice cream was creamy and they had a lot to choose from. The inside is huge with a lot of seating to enjoy your ice cream. The only downside was there was only one employee inside and there were multiple orders so people had to wait their turn. Come here if you are craving some ice cream!

Came here with a few friends on a Friday night. The staff was pretty nice- they were very patient with us as we looked over the menu. Parking was a little annoying, but it was expected on a Friday night. We just parked a few blocks away and walked. The portions were huge! I got the taro flavor and I'm the type to get "sick" of sweets after a while. Definitely shareable between at least two people. I would love to come back to walk around and hang out with friends.

Got here at 6:50 on a Monday took a few minutes to decide on orders and wait for the person in front of us to order. At 7:02 we asked if we were still getting the BOGO offer and the lady said no and I told her that we were here you late. Paid $15 for 2 ice creams, kind of expensive. The service is very bland and not friendly. They didn't call out name when they made out creations which was a huge let down as that's half of the experience.

It was good. I got the Caribbean Ice Cream flavor with a friend and we both agreed that it had an ...interesting texture... Kinda of chewy in an odd way, but it was far from bad or unpleasant. I'd definitely be willing to go again and try the other options.

Best rolling ice cream in town. They have unlimited toppings and good variety flavors of ice cream like matcha and thai tea. They also have buy 1, get 1 free promo on their boba drinks. I just wish they have some snacks and not just desserts. Hoping for a popcorn chicken or some fries.
