Never thought I’d write a 5 star review for this in n out. I finally got a quality burger and fries from this place after about 20 bad experiences. I was gonna drive to San Leandro but I said let me just go ask the manager to make me a worthy burger let’s see if he can do it. Sure enough I order directly from the manager and he gives me a great burger with the beef cooked, fresh, hot, and fries were not too hard. They were soft and delicious and not cold. First time for everything. I recommend you order from manager directly at this location otherwise you’re in for the Hayward experience lol

Upon arriving at the establishment, I was initially assisted by a very polite cashier. However, after placing my order, I waited approximately 25 minutes for my food, and when it was finally handed to me, part of it was cold.
Additionally, the employee who gave me my order —named Mía— was extremely rude. When I asked her for some sauces and yellow peppers, she completely ignored me, and then proceeded to speak with another cashier, saying: “What the hell is she doing standing there?”
Her behavior made me feel discriminated against. I am not sure if it was because of the color of my skin or my Latino features, but it was an experience that was offensive, inappropriate, and absolutely unacceptable.
I respectfully request that proper action be taken, as the treatment I received was unprofessional and does not reflect the standard of service that customers deserve

The food was delicious. I think their burger is easily the top 2 maybe even best fast food burger. Service was relatively quick while they were very busy. Everyone was friendly. Only complaint was that the fries weren’t as crispy as what I would expect, but they were pretty good nonetheless.

I recently dined at In-N-Out Burger, and I’m absolutely thrilled! The Animal-Style Burger was a total game-changer—so juicy, flavorful, and perfectly prepared that I couldn’t resist ordering two more. The fresh ingredients, crispy fries, and friendly, fast service made my visit unforgettable. In-N-Out exceeded my expectations, and I’m already looking forward to my next trip!

My favorite go-to place in California. Being a vegetarian it’s hard to get vegetarian burgers in California. But I’m so glad I found in-n-out, they are truly my saviors. I love burgers and they offer you grilled cheese burgers. You can have grilled onion/raw onions , tomato & lettuce. This one is close to my house and I’m so glad it opened here because the next closest is in Union landing. Also, good on customer service. They are quick and it’s always full-packed at in-n-out, so no complains atleast they do their best to make it quick. I have tried their normal fries, their cheese fries and their animal fries. I think In-N-Out should work on their fries. But so far, my favorite has to be animal fries which has grilled onions and melted cheese.
They don’t offer you size with fries or shake, so it’s the regular size. The good thing about this place is It’s reasonable too. Grilled cheese burger was for $3.80 (with the grilled onions) rating it (5/5) Regular fries $2.45 (2.5/5) Animal fries $4.85 (3.5/5) And reg strawberry shake $3.10 (4/5) ( this one’s really sweet)

We went in the store and got served by Sergio. I haven't experienced such a nice customer service for a long time. He was very friendly and professional. The food on the other side was ok. The fries were only warm and not hot anymore. There were also no crisp to it. The burgers were warm as well. I would have preferred a hot burger and also didn't wanted to complain. The only reason we came here was because it was close to the family we visited.

I give 1 star service for i used my card here and a week later, some fraudulent charges popped in my account. Am sure my card was cloned in this location because this is the only business i used it at. Buyer beware.
