A pretty 4 star experience. I often eat here as it's my local McDonald's. I 2 times now have had a hair I'm my food but I shrugg it off because it is FAST FOOD. Then sometimes I come at night and grab cookies made fresh because idk who wants to pay 3 bucks for a hard cookie.. then get attitude because they gotta actually heat up or make new cookies. I plan on having to wait. They should plan on someone ordering fresh cookies every now and then. Other than than lovely 4 star McDonald's

The worst
Unfortunately I had to come back to pick up stuff that was not put in my bag to begin with I would have given a better rating but this had really suck that I had to come back especially when I was already almost home halfway across town.
The lady working the 2nd drive thru window was rude and wouldn't give me my monopoly game pieces when I clearly ordered a large big Mac meal. Definitely will pass this location up next time.

Ordered on doordash, my drink was a frozen fanta cherry and it came half melted. Not only that, my order was supposed to come with large fries and it came with a small?? Burger and cookies were good but drink and fries were genuinely disappointing!

They have horrible service they don’t care about their customers. Their machines are always down and why don’t they put signs out there on the menu so you know if the machine is down or not horrible customer service and their liars

The app showed the new Ninja Turtles and Hello Kitty toys were available, but this store gave me an old toy from the previous promotion instead. They never updated the app, which is very misleading.

To Whom It May Concern,
I hope this message reaches the owner or upper management of this McDonald’s location, as what happened today was both alarming and concerning.
Approximately 10–15 minutes before arriving, we called the store. The woman who answered was very kind and provided helpful information, including the toy promotion currently running.
However, when we arrived, the employee who assisted us—who appeared to be the manager or shift lead—gave us a toy from “Elio” instead of the McDonald’s toy we had asked about. When we questioned this, she insisted that the McDonald’s toys had already been returned, even though the promotion clearly states that the toys are available through August 12.
Her tone felt manipulative, and it seemed like she was trying to justify giving out different toys instead of being transparent. We didn’t want to hold up the line, so we parked and walked inside to follow up. Only then did she actually go check for the correct toys.
The entire situation felt suspicious and misleading. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that this behavior be reviewed. If a manager is willing to mislead customers over something as simple as a toy, it raises concerns about other potential issues happening behind the scenes.
Please look into this matter further. Thank you for your time and attention.

Seriously what is the deal with the old man working there ? Why does he try and short you anyway possible ? I go here all the time and have consistent problems with ONE individual. I just bought two lemonades with no ice and he filled them both with half water . Are you kidding me ? I didn't realize until I got home and had to drive all the way back . The first thing he does is fill a large cup entirely with ice and started filling it with ACTUAL lemonade ! I SAID NO ICE ! WHY DO YOU HAVE SUCH A PROBLEM WITH FULFILLING SOMEONES ORDER! after finally getting two REAL lemonades THAT I PAID FOR he tries to laugh it off like it was the machines fault . This man will steal from you in anyway possible if you don't triple check your order before leaving . WHAT A CREEP! GET MCDONALDS TO CHARGE MORE FOR NO ICE IF IT BOTHERS YOU SO MUCH TO GIVE CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY PAID FOR . getting his name next time I vist. Can only assume he's stealing from customers for some sort of bonus "saving the company money"

How do mobile order went through the drive-thru cuz it was late to pick it up got home and realized order was wrong went back had to go through the drive-thru try to speak with a manager and an employee how to translate to the manager manager only spoke Spanish how are you a manager that only speaks Spanish in today's age in America with no English at all
