This place has changed a lot since it first opened. Be prepared to wait. If they say ten minutes, be prepared to wait thirty, or call way ahead. They said ten minutes when I placed my order. At twenty minutes I checked in and the woman in charge was quite short with me, said she had other orders ahead of mine. I received the food 34 minutes after ordering. I called at 5 Pm on a Saturday Yelp and google says the business closes at 6 pm, some lady answers and I asked if I could place and order and she said they were closed and I was about to tell her Yelp and google said 6 but she said with a rude voice " we are closed bye" and as I was still speaking she hanged up on me!! I get if they changed the business hours but what I don't get is the horrible customer service!! Too bad because I liked their pupusas so now I'm disappointed...read full review
This place gets two stars because the overall taste of the papusas were good and the portions were hefty for the price. But even the quality of the food can't erase the terrible experience. Ordered 3 papusas that took 30 minutes. There was no line and not many call in orders yet the wait for only 3 papusas was still that long.
