By far the best bbq I've had in the bay. I never post on yelp and had to for this. I got the waygu brisket and it was phenomenal, a great crust and smoke ring while being super tender. The owner Harmas is a really nice guy, I wish they were open more.

On another level! The Wagu Brisket is my favorite and melts in your mouth. Ribs fell off the bone and the BBQ pork made a really good sandwich. We're hooked!

I will not comeback. This was my second time here and the first time it was good but now i’m very disappointed. My food was cold but I’m not even angry about that. I was given one slice of brisket and the second slice was completely FAT. It wasn’t even the fattier slice of brisket which I love this was the fat cut off and given to me as a serving. Disgusted as I paid $30 and as an upcoming business, I’m very disappointed

Wow!!! Not only great food but excellent customer service! Food was delicious, not dry like most bbq places. I pre-ordered and my order was ready and waiting for me at the promised time. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I decided to try after I saw this place pop up on YELP. After 3 weeks of missing them because they're sold out I finally was able to get a plate before a long line started after me . The owner is a hard worker and had a lot of knowledge of his passion. I'm from Texas and like to try places out here that like to cook like "texas" so it's always a miss BUT this was 10/10 best I've had in a very long time! Brisket was moist!!! Very fresh, and bbq sauce tasted like a southern sweet spicy flavor! I will be definitely coming back. I'm so glad I stopped by after my Costco shopping, we got out in time and we were the first in line!! It had a very southern kick to it as well, the basic Texas country singers, of course the smell of BBQ, you can't ever argue with that! Just by the smell you can tell by what wood they use and if it'll be a good brisket! Even ribs. Thank you for bringing a little home back to me after 7 years. 10/10 recommend! They even gave up pork pieces for the wait, I appreciate the southern hospitality, it's hard to find that out here!!

After living in Houston, there's a bug in my palate that craves Texas barbecue. It looks for the fatty, meaty, savory decadence of a smoke-ringed slab. I have dreams of going to Black's and Kreuz Market in Lockhart, TX. Outlaws is the closest I've had to that since moving to The Bay. It's NOT the same. But that's like saying sushi is best in Tokyo. Of course it is. I got a half pound of wagyu brisket and a pound of the lean with a side of corn. The wagyu, a particularly fatty selection of beef, melted in my mouth. Service was great. It's a food truck, and the proprietors were very attentive. The owner also was 4oz short of a pound on lean, so he just added it to the wagyu and charged for the lean. He threw the beautiful fat slab on some paper and topped the container with an Andes mint chocolate. Good lookin out, bruh. Thanks to that, I'm going back.Ambiance is a food truck. A good one, at that.

Was looking forward to my next trip to DFW for some Texas steak and bbq - this did the job early! Brisket does not even need a sauce, defines tender and juicy. The wait is worth it! A hidden gem!

Found this business on IG and pinged the owner for pre-order. Kyle is really passionate about his small business (I guarantee you, this will GROW). I ordered, one rack for BBQ ribs, 1/2 lb. of brisket, 2 mac and cheese (for the girls), BBQ baked beans and a two meat lunch. First of all, the food is all great. The meats are moist and tender, flavor is locked in with extra BBQ sauce. He had my husband taste his Texas and Louisiana sausages and that would be our next order. I hope that folks support small businesses. Congratulations and will be regulars now!

FINALLY! Texas BBQ that taste like Texas BBQ (sorry Texas Road House, but your brisket just does not cut it). We came across Outlaws Smoked BBQ at a farmer market over in Foster City. Ordering process was a little slow but worth the wait. There was only two people running the stand and there were a lot of people wanting to try their food. They apologize for the wait though and were super nice about everything. We ordered the Mac-and-Brisket as well as the Louisiana Hot Links. SO GOOD AND MOIST! Cannot wait to come back and try the brisket by itself, my mouth is watering just thinking about it.

Several years ago, at the same location, Tex Howard set up shop and sold the best, in fact the only real deal Texas BBQ in the Bay Area. For a few years, customers would come from all over the Bay Area to sample his authentic, award winning Que. it was a sad time when he decided to return to Texas, taking his smoker and it's delicious repast with him. A few other pretenders have since briefly occupied the space, but none worthy of mention. But just recently, a new sheriff is in town, and in my opinion is every bit as good as Tex. Blown away by the brisket the chicken and the smoked sausage. This Louisiana import Kyle knows Texas BBQ, no sauce required. We are fortunate to have such quality meats available here again, and I highly recommend you check it out. If you liked Tex Howard, I don't think you will be disappointed. It will be our little secret, but probably not for long.

As good as it can get. Can't imagine how their food can get any better. I bought them and gifted to friends. All of them raving about the briskets.
