Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service at Raising Cane’s.

I placed a large order for a work holiday party and sent an employee to pick it up, driving from Menlo Park to Hayward. When he arrived, he was handed one bag of food. He explicitly asked, “Is this all?” and was told yes. Trusting that response, he drove all the way back to our office.

Once we opened the bag, we discovered there were no chicken fingers included at all, which is essentially the entire point of Cane’s. I immediately contacted the store and was met with zero apology, zero accountability, and zero attempt to make things right. Instead, I was spoken to by a rude manager who claimed they told my employee there was an additional bag. This is a lie and, as it turns out, lying became a pattern.

Because of their mistake, I had to send my employee back from Menlo Park to Hayward again to retrieve the missing food. When he arrived, the same manager then claimed that I had told her we received Cane’s sauce. This is also a lie. We did not receive Cane’s sauce and I never told her that we did.

I asked my team member to request that the manager speak to me directly. Not only did she refuse, she walked away from him, leaving him standing there with no explanation, no apology, and no resolution. No remorse. No professionalism. No customer service whatsoever.

I have never experienced such shockingly unprofessional behavior from a restaurant, especially one handling a large catering-style order. This was careless, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I will absolutely be filing a chargeback for this order and I will never do business with this location again.

Avoid this establishment if you value basic competence or customer service.

First time and food was really good. Definitely recommend and will return for sure. Lines go quick in drive thru and inside. Give it a try you won't be Disappointed.

I'm from San Jose, California and I drive all the way to Hayward, California. For this raising cane, their food is prepped perfectly and their customer service is awesome. This is a great team.

All was good. No significant issues that may cause me not to return. The window pick-up was a bit slow and one of the fountain drinks was carbonated water. Wanted to return with the drink but we did not want to go inside nor wait in the drive through line again.

I visited this location and simply asked for a cup of water with my order. The staff refused to provide it, which was very disappointing. Water should be available upon request, especially when dining in. I hope management addresses this, as it’s basic customer service and expected by California law.

Soda machine never works!! Been coming here since it opened and it never has gas. Then you have to wait in line to get a refill and they always seem annoyed when you ask. The bathrooms are always nasty also. I would rather go to in n out where they have 2 fountain drink areas so if one is out at least they have another one.

Drove up pulled out my wad $26.00 American cheerful young gent sad words to me I thought I'd never hear no cash man only charge cards or debit I never and pleaded be said manager says no we said a prayer for Oakland omh this is a review on Oakland raisin cane right???

It taste delicious and fresh and I all wanna say that I would give a radiate to raising Cane is 10 out of 10 100% and next time I would rather come back and this is a nice place that I ever seen.

I'm giving it a one star because it's they overcharge way too much a chicken.The amount of food you get for the Raisin cane kenyack Is about the same for the the box And is six dollars for the box It's like you get the same amount of food for. 5. 6 dollars more Just for 1 meal was 24 dollars If I had a way to cook I can get all the ingredients and cook.Maybe 6 meals for that same price.
