We recently dined at Shell Shock Seafood House and were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food. The Gumbo was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice, and the Clam Chowder was creamy and packed with clams. The Raw Oysters were fresh and briny, a true delight, and the basket of Soft Shell Crab was crispy, tender, and absolutely delicious. The environment is catering to casual dining, but the atmosphere could use a bit of a refresh to match the quality...

I used to come here regularly when I lived in DT Hayward. Now I still stop when I am in the area. Always great sauce. Seafood quality can be hit or miss, but usually really good. They also have a few beers on tap. I usually get a combo for myself so I can get crab, crawfish, and shrimp. Left overs make a couple nice meals at home with a side of rice too. Their top spice level actually gives some heat too if you are into spicy food.

Everything is good there, food is really good service and atmosphereWe love that place

Parking: Parking is good there are it's a shopping center you can find parking everywhere sometimes I find parking I'm front or on the side of the restaurant

Kid-friendliness: It's good for the kids also you can write on the booth wich is cool or you can write something anywhere you find a spot to write something
