I popped in 8 minutes before closing time and the server welcomed me with a big smile, and made recommendations I had the Hayward roll and the Culichi rollo The sushi here was great, it is extremely hard to find great mexican sushi, they made it exactly like I asked and they didn't overdo it with the rice and made it portioned correctly with the filling the edges with the crunch I like without it being all chewy and rough, and the way it was presented was definitely a work...
I have tried sinaloa sushi from san diego to modesto san jose and just recently in the bay and i just have to say the rolls here are the bomb dot com i have been to culichi town in both their locations and they are okay but here at sinaloa roll you are getting the real mexican deal the flavor is so authentic it took me back to my hometown in Mazatlan i am lactose intolerant so i ask for no cream cheese on my rolls the aguachile roll was my #1 #2 costa rica roll but tried them...
The food has a true Sinaloan flavor and style, the service is quite good although a little limited to the demand it usually has. The place is presentable but small, its style of music and atmosphere is 100% Sinaloan. It is currently undergoing some renovations which does not give a good view of the place. The prices are below average when seafood costs less than 30 dollars per person.
