it tasted extra grassy and I don't recall asking for extra matcha. I had to ask to have the drink remade twice, and every time it was completely different. First one had almost no sugar, even though I just ordered normal sweetness. Second time, it was like 40% foam, the ice was practically on the bottom of the cup when i got it because there was just so much foam. Third time, and I gave up after this, as you can see in the picture, clumps of matcha powder floating on top, when it was already 2-3 shades darker of green (aka super matcha-y). I don't understand what is going on, and I really have no idea why I would go back. I didn't pay 6 dollars to expect this when I just wanted a simple matcha drink, or I would suppose so when it's prob just 4 ingredients? Seems like it's too much to ask.

Hi I had got a grande hot chocolate and the guy gave me a grande mocha instead. I was running late so I didn’t go back. Will never come here ever again these employees suck at taking orders.

Starbucks, Starbucks, Starbucks. You’ve been in business for years now, I’m aware about the type of cafe this is, but it isn’t for me. The coffee is mediocre, I’d rather go to a Pete’s instead, not to mention the amount of Interesting drinks kinda freaks me out. The service is sometimes good and sometimes bad, the atmosphere is alright. I do feel that because this is a huge brand that sometimes things are just left out of the picture. If you enjoy sweet drinks and the opportunity to mix and match drinks then this will be the place for you. Overall, it’s a very overhyped brand.

I had a really uncomfortable experience at this location. A man, who appeared to be in his late 50s or 60s Middle Eastern descent, was staring at me in a way that felt very creepy and unsafe. It was so bad that I, along with another group of girls, decided to leave.
I wish Starbucks would take steps to ensure a safer environment for everyone, like setting up an anonymous complaint box. I won’t be coming back to this location unless I feel it’s a safer space.

Hi so the 5:30am staff is the worst I have had many bad experiences with them first of all they don't know how to do simple drinks like a caramel macchiato they added way too much milk and barely any coffee so I had to pay extra just for them to add the correct amount. Another experience was when one guy gave me a broken straw and lid and coffee spilled all over my white shirt and when I asked for a new lid HE GAVE ME ANOTHER BROKEN LID I get woking an early morning shift is hard but I have been nothing but respectful to the staff but they are so rude for no reason.

The staff is very friendly. I came here for breakfast in a rush to work. Thankfully they were quick to give me my order. One of the fastest drive thrus ever. Thanks.
