Employees are not even busy yet, no one acknowledged I was there. Two baristas were at the bar, one was chatting with the drink maker, while drinking her own drink. The app said my order was ready for pick-up, but I waited patiently for it.

I've been to this location 3 times this month, and every time, my order was not correct. If you are missing ingredients that make the special coffee drinks, please let me know so I can order something else. If my order contains cookie crumbles,please give me what I ordered. ? At this point, it doesn't matter because I will never return. I only stopped here when I was shopping at Costco. My go-to spot is on Industrial, I'll have to stop there on my way home or before I get to Costco from now on.

The service here is just getting worse. The employees don't seem to care to provide a welcoming environment (most likely because they are all young and the management is young, bad leadership). The drinks are also becoming lack luster. I would rather drive all the way to Fremont for some Phil'z and better service. It's unfortunate the location has become increasingly worse month after month.

I used to big fan of this location and daily customer here. Lately few employees at this location has downgraded, bad attitude, slow service. I have ordered food was warmed up in front of me but was given to me after 10 mins and this happened to me not once. They need to improve on this.

So, I love this Starbucks store. I love it so much that I'm willing to drive from the opposite side of Hayward (close to San Leandro) to get coffee at this location as opposed to just grabbing some from a closer Starbucks. I love that it's a drive-thru and every time I've come here, the customer service is usually pretty good. Today, however, I have to say I was really disappointed.I spent close to $30 on four (Venti-sized) drinks and a sandwich. I made my order to someone who sounded tired and slightly annoyed when I asked if they had any breakfast sandwiches left. When I pulled up to the window, I asked if it was possible that I change my Caramel Frappuccino to a Caramel Ribbon one unless they had already made the drink. The girl at the window gave me a fake apologetic squint of the eyes, "Yeah, sorry, 'cuz the drink's already made."Not wanting to be "that person" I just went with it when, really, I felt like because I'm paying they should have easily made the switch. THEN, after coming home to drink one of my Venti-sized Caramel Macchiatos, I find that they are all low-filled instead of fully to the very top. Like I got three-fifths out of every drink when they all should have been filled to the very top. That's what I paid for, afterall. I didn't pay for grande size amounts in venti cups.I am so upset, I don't even know if I'll come here again. Not only did I spend $30 on the drinks and sandwich, but I also spent money on gas to get there and back. Not cool. They should send me some kind of a discount for next time, because I definitely did NOT get my money's worth. This was a rip off.

As a first responder, I love caffeine first thing in the morning to start my day! I remember that previously I had ordered a coffee and their machines were down so they couldn’t prepare the coffee I had ordered but the manager of this establishment had still gotten me a coffee to help me with my troubles and gave me a refund for my original order! Not only did I leave a tip but that was an amazing way to start the day! Usually I am always taking care of someone else…but it was really nice to have someone take care of me too the love in the community of Hayward is why I do what I do and this just made my day! I had an amazing shift though the hardships of work because I kept remembering that someone held a helping hand to me ❤️ Thank you so much for taking care of us!

Has absolutely no decaf beans. So have no decaf options at this location. I don't know if this is a Starbucks thing or if it's just this location.It also took me a little while before somebody actually noticed I was standing there at the register.
