Went there to get a Valentine's day cup. Never received any called several Starsbucks no anwser. Call customer service twice . Was told that these stores had cups . 4 stores no cups ?
It's a Starbucks. You get Starbucks stuff at Starbucks prices. This one seems to have a higher rate of failure for mobile orders. I hate arriving and my order is not there. I then have to wait on line to find out why my order is not there. Then the confusion of getting the order refunded is a hassle
