I enjoyed the food I ordered. It was the first time I had tried the Honey Chicken.
Whoever prepped my burrito today, 10/10 😩🤌🏽 .. the salsa tasted a bit spicier today & it just made it that much better! I usually just do order pick up but still everyone is always very friendly & quick to ask how they can help.

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hayward offers amazing, fresh food like chicken bowls and crunchy tacos. The service is fast, and the restaurant is clean. While some customers have mentioned issues like missing items and spills, many appreciate the friendly staff and generous portions, particularly of guacamole. The experience is generally pleasant, with a focus on fresh ingredients and cleanliness. Despite some negative remarks about the taste of the chips, many believe this location is one of the best Chipotle spots in the Bay Area. The small private parking lot makes parking easy, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. It's also wheelchair accessible and kid-friendly, making it a great choice for families.
