Hands down, this restaurant has the best quality sashimi. I live in Hayward and usually drive to Burlingame to eat the same quality sashimi that Sushi Ichimoto serves. I have tried the most popular sushi restaurants in Hayward, San Leandro, and the Tri Valley área; and Sushi Ichimoto has the very best quality sashimi and sushi. My Japanese friend recommended this restaurant when she found out I was brought up on fish. This was my second visit. I cannot even purchase this...
DO NOT DRINK THE WATER!. Taste like dirty moldy pipes. Which means they probably cook with it so oh well. If they only new how clean water can enhance their food! They Auto tip 15% so prepare for general, order taking service.
