THE BEST CUPCAKES in The Bay Area can be found at this little shop in downtown Hayward. They have so many unique flavors that taste straight up like the actual flavor! If you're a fan of pudding, I highly recommend getting the gourmet Banana Pudding that has an actual cupcake inside! Came to try them out and all the cupcakes look delicious. I ended up getting the Twix cupcake. It’s a little too sweet for me, but if you are a big dessert person you’ll love it
