Excelent servicio, ice-cream is the best, all natural ingredients 100% recommended 😋

I really wanted to like United Ice Cream, especially since the staff is always friendly. But the prices and quality just don’t make sense. I was charged $7.98 for a single scoop of ice cream that was already melting. My husband didn’t even get anything because it didn’t look fresh.

We left and went to Baskin-Robbins, where a single scoop cost $5.29—much more reasonable, and the ice cream was firm and high quality. This has been my third visit to United, and the ice cream has been melting every single time.

Unfortunately, friendly service isn’t enough to make up for high prices and poor product quality. I won’t be coming back. :(

The ice cream was low key bland. And the lady was so rude. We walked in and she didn’t greet us. We were the only customers, said what are you guys going to want. No smile, no type of customer service. It was as if we were bothering her.

The owner is rude without respect. He who does not respect his people does not deserve my money. I used to consume, oh but when I had to meet the owner, what a disgusting person! I don't know how to treat people. I regret having ever spent so much, oh!The owner is rude & doesn't know how to treat people. Never again would I consume there!

I’ve showed up twice at 8pm and 8:05pm and there closed but hours day 8:30pm. All else is great!

Before there was a long waiting line and now it was almost empty and it was Sunday.

This is an excellent place. I liked the service and the bad thing is that when we asked the lady to put sauce on it, she overcharged us, but from there everything was fine. The ice cream is all good and all fresh as well as the Mangoes. I hope to come back soon and actually enjoy it. ?
