Went in to order and Javier just had the best attitude, good recommendation and very polite. Also opened the door for the bathroom and remembered for me I had completely forgot after ordering because of how engaging the conversation was while ordering. That man deserves a raise!!

I used the restroom before I ordered, Which was locked Which was locked so I had to get the lady behind the counter to unlock it for me. in the restroom there was a pair of pants that were dirty on the ground and the toilet needed to be cleaned. The cashier was super friendly. She took my order and right afterwards made sure bathroom was cleaned some of the tables needed to be wiped down as well

This is so sad! I go to get the new Wednesday meal, no spoon, and the ice cream isn’t even with syrup? And yet you charge so much! What a joke!

This is the worst Wendy’s we’ve ever experienced. Every time my husband orders through the app and picks up our food there is always something missing. I know we’re supposed to check out bags before we drive off but you would think it being an online order everything would be correct. I think they do it on purpose so you’re not able to earn points towards rewards. Terrible customer service.

The manager Azucena has a terrible attitude and energy. I almost asked for a full refund. She gave me frosty that look like someone ate out of it. When I asked her to replace it she said no. I don't like their energy at this Wendys
