I had ordered food from here and it never got delivered so I called the Wendy store and they told me no worries we can make u a new one and come pick it up I told them I lived far so they said it's ok come pick it up tomorrow anytime I was like ok and when I went to go pick up my food they was like nope sorry can't help you wr only replace the food if something was damaged or something is missing so I told them my whole order is missing they was like not our fault to make this story shorter Wendy's robbed me for my food and money because they don't want to refund my money either

I normally come through here once a week. It's usually a hit or miss. I sometimes get what I ask for and sometimes I don't. Either I am missing a straw for my drink, no sauce for my nugs, or no ketchup for my fries or wrong sized orders.

This is the second time i come here and i order something and when i get to my destination and try to eat and i noticed something is missing ugh the frustration that this causes because i cant go back to complain so im complaining here, i order a big bacon burger and just got a regular burger,i didnt get what i paid for,so please wendys do something about this.

One of the few fast food places that I've seen with so many working in the kitchen. My food was done quickly, too. Between the time I ordered and started walking towards the soda machine it was already done and in my hands. The service and cleanliness were top notch. Sugar free Barqs with vanilla is the cherry on top. ?
