This is the worst Wendy’s we’ve ever experienced. Every time my husband orders through the app and picks up our food there is always something missing. I know we’re supposed to check out bags before we drive off but you would think it being an online order everything would be correct. I think they do it on purpose so you’re not able to earn points towards rewards. Terrible customer service.

The manager Azucena has a terrible attitude and energy. I almost asked for a full refund. She gave me frosty that look like someone ate out of it. When I asked her to replace it she said no. I don't like their energy at this Wendys

I had ordered food from here and it never got delivered so I called the Wendy store and they told me no worries we can make u a new one and come pick it up I told them I lived far so they said it's ok come pick it up tomorrow anytime I was like ok and when I went to go pick up my food they was like nope sorry can't help you wr only replace the food if something was damaged or something is missing so I told them my whole order is missing they was like not our fault to make this story shorter Wendy's robbed me for my food and money because they don't want to refund my money either
