I normally don't rate places like this very low, but the atmosphere and service was very bland not to mention I only ordered a chicken sandwich and had to wait almost 45mins for it to be ready is unacceptable. I have 20+ years in customer relations and sales and for me to receive a Chicken Sandwich Cold is Not Cool. Hopefully you will fix this place so I can write a Better Review. Cause I really Love Wing Stop.

Seriously, if you like going on your phone, and can sit for a hour straight, come here I ordered 5 piece wings and it had been over an hour. I ask and check up and they said "20 more minutes." I wait 20more mins and its still not done.

My wife placed an order on November 19, 2023, at around 2:30 pm. The order was for a small order of Hawaian Wings and 30 mild wings. Picked up the order, came home to find out the 30 wings were plain. My wife called, spoke to Cruz who told her we would have to take the order back for either a refund or a new order. I took the order back and what should have been an easy peaceful solution to keep the customer happy turned into a refusal, shouting, speaking to someone who identified herself as the manager, more arguing, big scene in front of customers only to have the order remade. When I got the order only half the order was in the bag. I had to go off once again for the rest. What really got me upset is that a Filipino customer asked Cruz for my original order and he gave it to him, check the video for proof (sometime around 4:00). Who in the hell asks for food in the first place but even worst what kind of company puts customers at risk by giving away food that was returned. This is the third incident with this location, bunch of Morons. Why would someone drive twice, waste gas, and miss a good football game to attempt to get free wings. Why would a company let a customer get all upset in front of customers in a low rating store instead of resolving the issue.Should anyone in the company have any questions. Feel free to message me.

Unprofessional customer service. Online it says it opens at 11am but once I got to the location they were still setting up & the store was still closed. At the cashier there was a short girl that kept giving customers attitude.

take super long to make orders almost an hour… they messed up on my order after waiting for that long EVERYTHING AND THE SAUCE WAS SPILLED. Literally just throw whatever was made & put it out.

Employees ignore everyone at the pickup/order ahead sign. Then why is there a (pickup/order ahead sign !!!) Ratchet, unorganized, this store needs a manager or fire the current manger. Embarrassing

horrible customer service. constantly ignoring order updates and very disrespectful towards customers. each order takes at least 30 minutes minimum to get out and never count out the possibility of your order not even getting sent out. ridiculous

Don’t waste your life coming here.Believe the 1 star reviews.The guy at the register with the colored hair will take his sweet slow time doing anything to ignore you while you stand right in front of him.The young lady at the register is nice and does a decent job but it’s clear the other employees aren’t making her job any easier.Management here shouldn’t be able to call themselves “management”.The one in Newark has actual working employees. Would definitely be worth the drive to avoid this place.
