Seriously, if you like going on your phone, and can sit for a hour straight, come here I ordered 5 piece wings and it had been over an hour. I ask and check up and they said "20 more minutes." I wait 20more mins and its still not done.
My wife placed an order on November 19, 2023, at around 2:30 pm. The order was for a small order of Hawaian Wings and 30 mild wings. Picked up the order, came home to find out the 30 wings were plain. My wife called, spoke to Cruz who told her we would have to take the order back for either a refund or a new order. I normally don't rate places like this very low, but the atmosphere and service was very bland not to mention I only ordered a chicken sandwich and had to wait almost 45mins for it to be ready is unacceptable. I have 20+ years in customer relations and sales and for me to receive a Chicken Sandwich Cold is Not Cool. Hopefully you will fix this place so I can write a Better Review. Cause I really Love Wing Stop.
