Placed order on line and still had to wait an additional 20 min. A total of 45 min for hot wings. After paying I was informed of the additional time, and that the drink I wanted and paid for was unavailable. They did give me 5 extra wings for the wait, but what I really wanted was the ice tea I paid for and my time back.
In the past 3 weeks I have ordered wing stop and in those 3 times in my order i included voodoo fries but instead would get regular fries all burnt or soggy. If a customer orders a certain item they should get it and not to be replaced or at least be done right.

Ordered a 30 piece meal with a few sides online. During pickup I asked the man at the register several times if everything was there, and he assured me everything was in the bags and that he had checked himself. Once I got home and opened the bags for everyone to eat, Sure enough there were 3 items missing. Not only that, the order was mixed up. Tried calling them a few times now and no one is answering during business hours.
