I’m updating my review from 1 star:I’ve come here a couple times since my last review and it seems that their management is making some needed changes.The service is better, and the ladies at the counter are friendly and professional.However, when it is busy they still seem to pick and choose whether they are servicing the pick up line or ordering line.It’s a common issue for myself and many others to be ignored in the pickup line while our food is clearly waiting on the...

They disappointed us in our order today. They forgot the celery and carrot sticks and soda. It was Super Bowl nite so i suppose they are busy but whoever was assigned to put orders together was not paying attention. This is the time to take advantage to make good business but i guess the staff is lax and careless.

I ordered my food over the phone at 5:40. I was told my food would take 10 to 15 minutes. I took 16 minutes to get there and took 2 extra minutes to be helped and was told my food wasn't ready. I waited an extra 15 minutes and finally asked again if the employee to check if my food was ready. Apparently my food was ready it was sitting there the entire time so by the time I got it it was a little bit soggy but it warm. I like to give places chances so I am not gonna completely...
