Knowledge about the food varied among the waiters - one told us the cabbage dish was all fresh cabbage, then ten minutes later we listened to a different waiter tell the table next to us that it was half fermented cabbage (and that was a pattern). Duck was a highlight - blew EMP duck out of the water. I appreciated the use of sound dampening materials on the interior.“
