Fantastic wines, great tasting room & wonderful owners. We first met Leo & Debbie when they were operating solely out of a building on a former mushroom farm in Alexander Valley near our house in Healdsburg. We’d heard about Leo Steen’s chenin blanc and contacted him to see if we could try it. Later that day, we were sitting at a picnic table outside the winemaking building with Leo leading an impromptu tasting. We were hooked from then on. It has been gratifying watching Leo and Debbie grow the business and open their tasting room in Old Roma Station. Leo is a top-notch winemaker and Leo Steen continues to produce a variety of world-class, food-friendly wines. Their staff is also professional and down to earth. And their wine club parties and events are head and shoulders above the rest. Make sure you include a visit to Leo Steen the next time you’re in Healdsburg.

We have enjoyed Leo's wines for quite some time and have become wine club members here. But recently we had our welcome party for our wedding weekend at The Drink. Leo & Debbie made it so easy and fun! They were more than accommodating and were so kind and supportive. We brought in a wood fire pizza truck with a local artist singer/songwriter duo. The space is pretty big for everything you need. The wines themselves are worth a visit to the tasting room, but I also can't recommend them enough for an event.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Leo Steen Wines and let me tell you, from the moment I talked with Debbie I knew this was our place! Debbie was so accommodating to anything we needed, she offered so many wonderful solutions and most importantly, executed. Leo was at our event and he was personable to our guests, jumped in to serve food, poured wine to all those that were getting low. It was truly a wonderful experience and my husband and I are thrilled we got a beautiful night at Leo Steen Wines. The team exceeded all expectations and felt like family that night.. not staff at our venue rental! I highly recommend using them for any event or even a tasting, you won't be disappointed!

Leo Steen is one of my favorite wines. I love the backround and education of Leo. He is a man who truly, not only, loves the wine, however he really knows wine both educationally, as well as, from the depth of his being.I recommend his wine so highly as not only is it truly outstanding but you would also be supporting a really decent human being who knows his stuff.

Amazing wines and location ! This gem of a tasting room ( The Drink ) serves my very favorite Leo Steen Chardonnay! Of course there are many of Leo’s wines that are excellent! Location is off the beaten track, which adds to the overall uniqueness. Been there many times when they have live music, and serving some type of yummy food… It’s definitely a place you will visit more than once. I love hanging in the tasting room, super relaxed vibe and great atmosphere. And if the coffee cart is open, I think an iced latte is a great way to start my day (of course before my Chardonnay!)
