Great spot for lunch or dinner; wonderful ambience, and outstanding service. Interesting menu that includes a selection of traditional Japanese, vegetarian and vegan options.
Very friendly and attentive staff. Outdoor seating was great. Casual dining without being hurried.
I've never had boiled chicken in ramen before usually sliced BBQ pork. The noodles were very good. The flavor of soup very good. All toppings were cold.
The tea menu and tea service is fabulous and authentic, and the entrees are diverse and well executed, offering something special and different for Healdsburg. This is becoming my favorite go to spot for lunch. Wish they would serve dinner again.
A gem in Healdsburg, with excellent ramen and a vast tea selection. The staff is wonderful and this is a great place to take a break from the wine and booze scene.
If you are in need of Ramen or tea or Japanese food then this is the place. Highly recommended if you are in Healdsburg. Jocelin was my absolutely amazing waitress. She made recommendations that hit the taste buds perfectly. This place is absolutely amazing.

My favorite place for ramen. They also have a variety of other dishes, but I typically get the pork ramen and have also had the amazing cold soba noodles with vegetables when it's on the menu as a summer special. Wonderful tea selection, my favorite is iced Mint Melody. Owners and staff are very sweet. They have one of the nicest & well-constructed parklets in town. A good place to go for mid-range food and a break from wine.

They weren't busy but the service was poor and slow. I think the portion size is small for the price. I liked the ingredients in the salad but it was overdressed. Miso ramen lacked character and was too salty; also only one small piece of meat.
Open Table made the process of securing a table super easy. The Taste of Tea was a wonderful place to dine. My guest and I enjoyed the beautiful and delicious Sake cocktails, ambiance, service and great food. Our server Kendahl (usually the bartender) was Awesome!!! She really knows her teas and we went home with a couple of packs to enjoy the next day. I have other friends I think will appreciate this experience and hope to be back in the near future!!

This is a family owned and operated authentic Japanese bistro and Tea house. The food is great, service is excellent and tea variety and quality is outstanding. It’s a place to visit and enjoy frequently.
Vegetarian options: Variety of sea weed and sea vegetable options, tasty tofu and miso selections, excellent rice dishes and a lot more. Do NOT forget the tea!
Dietary restrictions: I am a pescatarian, so having vegetarian and seafood options is a must. The staff is well aware of the customers’ versatile dietary needs and successfully as well as delightfully responded. In addition, they offer seasonal specialties which is a big plus.

We love coming here. The food is always so fresh, healthy and delicious. We've only had the noodle dishes. I never feel overly stuffed or bloated afterwards. Service is always good. Sitting outside in the parklet is wonderful too.
Taste of Tea is my favorite restaurant downtown Healdsburg. The food is great and very unique, the sake and tea lists are amazing and the staff is always so kind to me and my two year old son. There aren't enough stars for me to give!
Came here 30 min before closing!
Good:
- Shoyu ramen spicy was solid, small potion size but it had a good kick
- The staff were really nice and came by a lot to help and our food came out decently quickly
- The ambiance was quiet and good for catching up
Bad:
- Boba was a little flavorless, but it was good since it didn’t seem as sweet
Overall enjoyed the experience but it wasn’t the best ramen I’ve had

- I came to this place for part of a food tour.
- I tried tea and a couple of snacks that they brought as an accompaniment.
- In general, both the tea and the snacks tasted good.
- It is a familiar and pleasant place.
- Suitable for children.
- They have covered indoor and outdoor tables on one side of the sidewalk.
- Some credit and debit cards are accepted as an additional payment method to cash.
- If you have reduced mobility and/or are in a wheelchair, I tell you that access and mobility within the place is very difficult if you sit inside, the space is very limited.
- The place was visibly clean.
- The attention was good.
- They do not have their own parking.
- I share a photograph with you with the schedules they operate.
