A truly wonderful experience with a highly personable, fun, kind host who was down to earth on pricing and expectations. This is absolutely a luxury winery. But I found it affordable for special occasion wines. If you're a fan, ask for the straight cab franc from their new label... exquisite.
In short: Great wine and great place. The highest level. Verité Sonoma impressed me greatly with its winemaking philosophy and quality of products. Vérité Winery offers an incredible experience with beautifully organized facilities. Knowledgeable hosts provide excellent service and insightful tours. Visitors can enjoy delicious library tastings, sampling amazing back vintages. The Merlot and Cabernet Franc are highly praised. Despite being a trek to Sonoma, it is well worth the visit.
