ok I went there on Sunday May 26 about 9:20 pm and ordered online just 2 items, it said it would be done in 7-9 minutes. I got there about 11 minutes later and told a thin Hispanic guy in a black shirt that i had an order, (Im hispanic too). He looked at the screen and said "its not ready yet". I waited 15 more minutes along with three other people who were waiting way before me. they started to get impatient and they said they have been there at least 5 minutes before...

Since fast food now pays $20.00 an hour customer service has suffered. Not at Jack in the box. They have elevated their customer service. Food is fresh, lobby is clean, employees are friendly and service is fast. I eat at this location about 4 days a week for my 30 minute lunch break because of the customer service.Thank you for not forcing a kiosk machine on me and treating me as a valued customer. All the staff is awsome.
