Wait times are my biggest complaint. Staff is friendly. Waiting area is small and congested but the pizza is cheap so everyone goes there. Just know that if they say 20 minutes it’s more like a 40 minute wait time.

I’m only putting a 3 star because overall the store is bad, but I only wrote this review to highlight Amber. I believe she is a training manager but she is amazing. She was attentive and fast, very kind and very respectful. I am from Detroit and I can say this is the one and only time I’ve gotten a satisfactory interaction from this location. And I was surprised to get everything I paid for. Amber needs to be a main manager and hopefully she’s there more consistently. My...
