I went in today with my wife for some Helados/ice cream bars and ended up getting a Torta and a strawberry agua fresca as well, and absolutely loved everything! The service here is super friendly and quick, and although this grocery outlet parking lot is one of the dirtiest lots I have seen, this store is one of the cleanest!!! I would say this is one of the best places in Hemet for a quick snack!

What the heck is going on with these stores? Is this under new ownership? They are charging everything as extras now! Don’t get the pinwheels cause they are for the chile and lime juice. Las mangonadas don’t come with the candy anymore and they even charge you if you ask for lemon. Biónicos raisins, shaved coconut are now extra charger and they don’t offer the walnuts anymore. Fresh water are no longer fresh they are days old. Fresas con crema orders are no longer made to order they are now sitting in the fridge. Fruit is old and moldy and they use it to make aguas. Please be careful eating at these places. I was told by my sons friend that the businesses where sold.

TRULY AUTHENTIC! I satisfied my Mexican sweet tooth today by ordering a Chocolate Abuelita flavored ice cream cup. The ice cream tastes exactly like the iconic Nestlé Hot chocolate tablets, it was sweet, creamy and oh so chocolatey! The staff was super nice, the girl at the stand offered us tastes/samples without us asking and was efficient. The shop was really clean and the value for what you get is amazing! I got two huge whopping scoops, they didn’t skimp out! I’m looking forward to returning and trying the other flavors like cajeta, cotija and more! Note, they don’t have AC running so it can get warm really fast, I’d suggest eating in your car or outside, until they fix it!

I’m more so confused rather than upset. The prices on the board don’t match what I was charged. If your prices have gone up please make sure to update it, unless I’m confused. The prices read $5.75 and $6.25 and I was charged $8.25. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

Best in Hemet!

Good ice cream selection and good customer service. “There isn’t a restroom” was troublesome since my son had to go and there appeared to be a restroom without any “not for public” signage anywhere. The parking lot is sketchy, but that’s not the restaurant’s fault.

We came here to buy a few desserts for Father’s Day in the late afternoon. As soon as we walked in you could tell the two ladies weren’t to happy to see people walk inn. We ignored it decided to order anyways. As we’re ordering my nieces started to wiggle and complain that she needed to use the restroom. She’s 4yrs old and couldn’t hold it in. So we asked the lady helping us if she could use the room. The said it was out of service with a grin on her face. My brother asked if it was “out of service” or was it not available to the public? The lady with a smirk says it’s not open to the public. He asked if they could an exception. Both my brother and sister in law pleaded with the women. They asked if she could ask the manager. When she asked the “manager” she has a huge grin and sarcastically asked the restroom was working? The lady who had also heard everything denied my niece. The lady helping just started us as I suggested going to the Thai place a few doors down. As we waited for my sister in law to return with my niece. My brother asked if the restroom wasn’t open to the public because of the people in the streets? The lady just responded yes. At this point I decided to go down the street to the original Michoacana on Florida & Sanderson. They could have made an exception to let a little girl use the bathroom. We were already going to buy a lot of products from them.The Thai restaurant let my niece use the restroom with out purchasing anything. It felt really nice to see that there’s still good people in the worlds. We ended up buying a few paletas a few mangoniadas, chicharrones and Ice cream down the street. We didn’t let these bitter people ruin the day. I just won’t set foot in this place.
