Ordered the bento box with chicken teriyaki…. It was tough and cold! A huge scoop or white rice and that was it for $15. First time I tried it, will never be back. Don’t waste your money.
Went there for the first time today, been wanting to try it for a while!! The chicken teriyaki was so tough I couldn’t eat it, and the rice covered the lettuce (I think it was “salad”) so everything was wilted and wet. Absolutely terrible food, will never be back.
Spent 40 minutes waiting for our food before we just left, people who were there before we arrived were only just receiving their food after WE waited 40 minutes; they weren’t even busy. There was no interaction beyond taking our order and bringing us our bean sprouts & water (which tasted dirty), no reassurance as to when our food would be ready.
People who were picking up their to-go orders were also waiting 20+ minutes.

Pho House offers excellent food, with great flavor and tender meat, accompanied by large portions. The broth is Scorching hot and delicious, making it a great spot for pho lovers. Friendly and good service ensures a pleasant dining experience, with quick service and accommodating staff who kindly provide extras when needed. While the ambiance is above average but not over the top, the spacious booths can accommodate large families. However, the restroom could be cleaner. With delicious broth and abundant protein, Pho House is definitely worth a visit, serving up a great bowl of pho flavor.
