Ordered the bento box with chicken teriyaki…. It was tough and cold! A huge scoop or white rice and that was it for $15. First time I tried it, will never be back. Don’t waste your money.
Went there for the first time today, been wanting to try it for a while!! The chicken teriyaki was so tough I couldn’t eat it, and the rice covered the lettuce (I think it was “salad”) so everything was wilted and wet. Absolutely terrible food, will never be back.
Spent 40 minutes waiting for our food before we just left, people who were there before we arrived were only just receiving their food after WE waited 40 minutes; they weren’t even busy. There was no interaction beyond taking our order and bringing us our bean sprouts & water (which tasted dirty), no reassurance as to when our food would be ready.
People who were picking up their to-go orders were also waiting 20+ minutes.

Pho House offers excellent food, with great flavor and tender meat, accompanied by large portions. The broth is delicious, making it a great spot for pho lovers. The seating is quite nice, with large tables and spacious booths to accommodate large families. The restaurant itself is fairly large with plenty of seating and a huge parking lot. Service is quick and accommodating. The pho is good with a very classic broth, and the spring rolls taste good. While the ambiance is interesting with a quirky layout, the establishment is clean. Pho House is definitely worth a visit if you are in the area, serving up a great bowl of pho flavor.
