We come here regularly for the sushi. Which for Hemet/San Jacinto is pretty good. But today, I decided to mix it up and get the Tokyo Katsu (pork option). Unfortunately I have to say it was horrible! The veggies were soggy, but the real issue was the pork. Which was so over cooked it could easily pass for jerky. Their customer service is always superb, and I felt bad even telling them about it. But they were so gracious about it and even gave us 50% off the whole bill.
Samurai Sushi exceeded all expectations with their impeccable customer service during my recent visit. I organized a birthday outing for two coworkers and a spouse of one of the attendees, and from the moment we stepped in, the staff made us feel truly special. Our drinks, appetizers, and entrees were served promptly and flawlessly, demonstrating their efficiency and attention to detail.
