Starting with the manager , shes the worst Michelleand then the employee this starbucks is the worst place ever , they give you what ever they want not what you order the method of payment they want and not the starbucks app. Is so stupid no change for a 100. 00 on a busy business. Please change manager. I rather get McDonald's coffee or seven eleven to put up with this unprofessional starbucks.

I try order Vinty dark coffee every other Fri and Sat around 5 am in hopes they do, but they never have dark, they only have pikes place medium roaste. So I have no choice but to settle for light roaste. No Bueno! ?

What would’ve been a quick pick up at the counter went to a 20 minute wait. It seems like the lobby always closed so you have to go through the drive thru but not like the app tells you and they way the drive thru set up it causes chaos in the parking

Everyone here is wonderful except "Monica" she's is very rude. She was working drive through and was being rude when taking my order as well as I added a hot tea at the window and she yelled at me and said it was gonna be 15 minutes and to park upfront, which I did. She didn't have to be rude nor disrespectful by yelling. she needs to go work else where with that attitude. Idk how she still has a job she's very disrespectful.

I had no idea. I would miss the pastry counter, but I did. the guy behind the counter told me they don't put the pastries on display or any food on display to try and save food waste, but I really didn't like it. It takes away from the atmosphere a great deal. That said the food and drink was still excellent.

I live near this StarBs and I wish I could say it was good service. It's literally as bad as the StarBs on San Jacinto and Esplanade. The drinks and food are prepared correctly but the disorganization and really slow service along with the homeless takeover inside have made me drive to State and Stetson. The employees are kind. Maybe a training session from a properly functioning store would be a good solution.

Went through the drive thru today and staff was very friendly. I ordered 2 drinks and two of the 3 taste like water and sweetener but we still drank them. Half way through something touched my tongue. I opened the cup and a fly was in my drink. I'm sorry but this was pretty grosss.
Had came in for a birthday drink and I never had registered my birthday within the app, so I did the day of my birthday and they couldn't honor it? Trash.

I ask them to put my coffee on the item they purchased and they said no because it's time consuming, three days in a row they kept messing up on my order . Came in today they can't handle large capacity of customers and yes they messed up on my order...four times in a row....management do something about it.
