Wish I could say it was great, but the manager is absolutely lost. No welcome greeting, was forced to use the kiosk, skin color wasn't dark enough as he accomadated a black lady who showed up after us, then tries to take our food to give to a black family who just arrived. Tables weren't cleaned. Thankfully one of his employees corrected the manager. Vibes were lost. But it's Hemet. I expect no less than mediocre service, but I gave the benefit of doubt. Unfortunately we will not be coming back here.

The patty melt was delicious. The sweet potato fries were also tasty. The crew were all extra friendly. Highly recommend eating here, as I look forward to again.
2/19/24 Placed online order, arrived at the location and a sign informed me "Drive Thru Only". So, I was forced to wait behind 6 other vehicles while my food was already made. I asked them to remake my soupy shakes and they refused because they just cleaned the machine. Fries are limp and soggy. I'm good on this garbage. I eat out once in awhile and get ripped off every time.Previous review from year before: Pulled up to curbside and notified them I was at the designated area through the app. Watched as 2 other cars parked in the same area but they proceeded to go inside. One of the patrons I see rifling through an order bag and yet it was not hers because she sat back down. To my dismay, it was my order. I was heated to say the least. I notified them and they send me some free burgers and said they spoke with the district manager and spoke with the team. Ok great, I think to myself. So I go the other day to use the coupons and ordered a fair amount of food. Get home and they failed to give me my compete order. They stole $3 by not giving me fries. So what am I supposed to do? Spend $4 in gas to get my $3 back? Ok no thanks. Forget eating out anymore. I'm tired of getting ripped off for my hard earned money. Everyone says they are sorry but I'm beginning to think that no one knows what that word means. Dropped this burger place like a bad habit

Very good food and service!Vegetarian options: Veggie burger with grilled onions, cheese, tomato, lettuce, cucumber (if you like but I had that taken off mine) I added alvocado.

Worst customer service i've ever experienced. The old lady in the front was so rude to me I was picking up my order and she told me the store didn't have it. I showed her the confirmation and she kept insisting they didn't have it. She needs to retire. she clearly can't read new technology. I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend everyone to do the same, that is if you don't want to be treated with kindness. Seriously.

what happened to the burgers? I had a regular hamburger with cheese and it was the worst they were smaller dryer and not good!! There's another fast food burger joint off my list in Hemet!!

Went to get food on Friday January 5th, 2024 at 8:24pm. They forgot about my order and I waited for over 20mins until an employee returned from her break and noticed that my order was missing from the screen. I had been waiting all this time at the drive through window. After she apologized and stated that they refired my order, she offered me a free shake. When I finally went home, about 6 miles away, and started eating my burger, I noticed my burger was not properly cooked. I will not return to this location. Such a terrible experience, by the time I returned home, my soda was watered down and my fries were cold. I did get a replacement burger, but wasted about an hour trying to fix this mess. Don't recommend this location.

Usually the hamburgers are good but tonight it left a bad taste in my mouth and stomach. The fries and onions rings were very good and still warm. The shakes were delicious. Maybe a change in meat or cooking? I will steer clear of habit burgers for a while.Parking: It’s busy area so go slow.
