It is impossible to call the store and talk to a live person. The store number just refers you back to the website. I accidentally placed an order online that I forgot to adjust pickup time to an hour later than their opening time. The only option offered was to send a message. There was no response. As for the food, I tried the Korean bbq burger. There was no Korean bbq flavor in the shredded beef in the burger. Not bad but not "Korean bbq" flavor either. However, the kimchi...read full review

I have been going to The Habit for years. All but 1 time, which was a few weeks ago, the food has been consistently good. At the Hemet address, a few weeks ago, I ordered a teriyaki burger, it didn't seem to have any teriyaki on it. The only way I knew it was a teriyaki burger was the pineapple... I gave 5 stars anyway. 1 bad time out of 100's is a pretty good record.
