The other desserts are also out of this world, with something to satisfy every craving. Their smoothies are refreshing and packed with flavor, perfectly blended every time. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the place is so clean, which makes the experience even better. “I enjoyed visiting Cha Thai tea! The employees are always very welcoming and helpful with their recommendations. I really enjoyed this drink (I think it was a coconut avocado special? I forgot to look at the exact name of the drink) and pandan custard toast. I also enjoyed the mango coco the previous time I came here. They have a smaller, simpler menu that's not too overwhelming but the ingredients seem very fresh and tasty! I'll definitely be back!“

“Such delicious boba tea!! The staff was incredibly helpful—we brought our kids and they helped us figure out what would be appropriate drinks to give them (no caffeine, no sugar level but added sweetness from the fruit). Great prices, too!

Jamba Juice Benicia keeps me chlorophyll ready in the morning as my favorite wheat grass dispensary : ) One of the smaller locations in the bay but very friendly fast and good service. Smoothies are always good and fresh and if there’s ever a problem they always remake it for you just ask. Thanks for your amazing customer service and keeping us healthy with the exception of those damnn addicting soft pretzels lol“

“The employees are nice and quick! I bought a pumpkin coffee machine and I didn’t like the flavor. The female employee happily offered alternative options without an issue. The store is kept clean. I don’t like the high prices on the items! But it’s great to know the employees are quick and helpful regarding any issue.“

The bread was perfectly cooked and crispy, both sandwiches were so tasty and the salad had a light refreshing dressing on it. The service was excellent, very friendly and quick. And today the little one got a strawberry banana smoothie.They also offer snacks like lumpia, French fries, or mozzarella sticks.They remodeled the interior. The venue has a more modern interior with lots of places to sit. They also offer board games to play while enjoying your food.“

“I have been to this location a few times, and the drive-through can get long at times with a wait up to 15 minutes in line not too bad compared to other locations. However, the walk-up line is even slower here. I would recommend just waiting in the car. I drove past Dutch Bros yesterday, and the drive-through line was wrapped the building almost to the street entrance. There was 1 person standing at the walk-up window, so I thought it would be faster for me to hop out and order. Wrong! I was still waiting to order when my husband met me in line after parking the car. I swear by the time I got my order, which was 1 Americano, the cars that were at the end of the line in the drive-through had already left.
The walk-up wait time is ridiculous! But the staff is friendly.“
