Starbucks

It is true what some of my fellow Yelpers are saying: service is slow because they are understaffed. Case in point: there was only one person (ONE!) taking orders, making the drinks and cleaning up. So, yeah. Expect a delay. But that's not her fault. That's a management issue. But despite this, she did her best and took the job like a pro. DRINK: 5. My iced matcha latte was perfect.SERVICE: 5. The first Starbucks in Hercules before they open one on Willow. This doesn't have a drive thru but it does have plenty of parking. This Starbucks is located right inside the new Safeway in Hercules. Because it is within a store and not a stand alone Starbucks, it does not have "all the bells and whistles" (as the barista told me) AKA you're not able to pay using the QR code on the Starbucks app and this place does not have online ordering.
