The silvanas are the best! They offer both cashew and pistachio. Also, the ube and cream cheese cupcakes are so delicious and beautiful! Another favorite of mine is the ube panna cotta. Again, the bright purple hue is so fun and festive for parties and special occasions.
A little pricey, in my opinion. If the prices were lower, I'm sure more customers will come.
Great ube mamon and manapuno coconut tart.Don't recommend the mango graham cupcake. The service is wonderful. I will keep coming back ?
AMAZING local bakery. Gem of a find if you learn about them. Light, flavorful, creative, and most of all delicious cakes, cookies, and now savory items. Recommendations: Caramel cake, silvanas, oreo cookie, empanadas. But trust me, go back and explore their whole menu and you won’t be disappointed.SugarToof is SO good we had them cater our wedding and our guests could not stop raving about our dessert bar, they were stuffing cookies on their pockets lol.Owners are incredibly talented, humble, hard working, and kind. Joe & Kate have done an amazing job and modernizing their predecessor, Sunflower Bakery (a humble mom & pop bakery that has been our favorite for decades) while staying true to their roots with the infamous caramel cake.Highly recommend!!
The atmosphere was clean and inviting, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind and these desserts are SO DELICIOUS I can’t wait to come back for more!
Great set up. Super nice staff. Food was amazing. Very clean
Delicious baked goods! I’ve tried quite a few different items and can definitely recommend it. They have so many different options, both sweet and savory. They even make a very tasty Halo-Halo.
Super modern and trendy but also stays true to its history. Sugartoof is owned by the stepdaughter of the location's previous owner (Sunflower Bakery) and she is really ringing in a new era of baked goods in the Hercules area. Every weekend their bakers test out recipes on old classics, including tropical flavors in Italian recipes. Owners Kate and Joe are innovative, efficient, and humble when it comes to making Sugartoof the magical place that it is.Highly recommend the ube cannolis and the BBQ pork buns.Tbh everything is good.
Best Ube Cupcakes and yummy Cookies!! ????❤️
Used to be known as, Sunflower Bakery, it looked like the business has new owners. The new owners made some changes inside the store. The interior is more airy, and has more light. The old interior felt cramped and crowded. You feel more relax inside the new store. Also, they have wider and better selections. The selections are much much better than the old store. The new owners transformed the bakeshop into a coffee shop, where you can drink coffee and eat a hopia.I will be back.

I absolutely love this place! It is a local business and one of a kind. My favorite is their chocolate crinkle cookies, I could eat a million and one of them. The only thing I can say is, they should add more caramel flavor into their caramel cakes and cupcakes. Other then that I really have no criticisms. They are an amazing business and if you haven’t been there yet I absolutely recommend them.
Joe and Kate are super nice. Their bakes are delicious and their empanadas always hit the spot!
This is one the best bakery’s in the Bay Area hands down. Family owned and operated with attention to taste and detail. We got our wedding cake here and it was a hit. The prices are great and the baked goods are even better. Great staff and hospitality while choosing your goods. If you haven’t been here yet I highly recommend trying it out, you will be back guaranteed. Try the halo-halo, this is the only place I will get one because they make it just right. Also the milo dinosaur is great and they have a hot option too. might be the best hot chocolate you ever had. Will definitely be placing the occasional cake and pie orders here from now on grateful to have found this spot.
It's a pleasant surprise what it used to be as Sunflower Bakery is now a nicely renovated interior a la boulangerie feel. Filled with perfectly sauteed shredded chicken folded in thin crust dough is a home run. The buko pie is filled with layers of real and flavorful coconut meat that makes one think it's from the Original Bakery in Tagaytay. I can't wait to try their Sansrival.
Artisan Filipino baked goods to die for... Love it!
