“This is one of our MUST GO TO RESTAURANT when we come to Los Angeles. Food is very delicious, good portion and environment is so chill. The hockey game always plays on TV with photos of Kings made it special. It just takes a minute to walk out to the Hermosa Beach to enjoy the Sunshine.“

“This is a clear cut greek cafe. Very clean and nice decor as you walk in. You wouldn’t expect it from the plaza.

As for the food: I got the chicken bowl. Everything was fresh, but nothing really stood out to me. Also quite expensive given the relatively average/small portion. Everything was good, the food was consistent and healthy. But nothing was truly “excellent”, so thats why i gave 4 stars. Nothing extra tasty, no incredible sauce, not a value meal pickup… there’s just something missing to take it to the next level.“

“Thank god we have a Greek restaurant on the west side of LA! If you , like me have been thus far unsuccessfully fulfilling your craving for all things Greek food - run to Taverna at The Mar Vista. Lemon chicken, olives, Mitssaka are a must!!! Atmosphere is like your favorite hometown spot. Not fussy but comfortable.“
