It's a small place so the only annoying thing is that people insist on standing around inside near your table because its cold outside. We waited outside and in our car at ine point, WHICH IS THR RESPECTFUL THING TO DO. so to all those people: be more considerate to those who are trying to enjoy a meal without you hovering around lol.The service here is great! They are on top of their refills and are checking up on you in a timely manner.Love the diner vibe here.Parking: The lot is shared with other businesses so I can see some difficulty but we came on a busy Saturday morning and it was fine.“
“It was my first time at this location, ordered online for pick-up, and everything went smoothly. The order was ready on time, and nothing was missing. They provided utensils, sauces, and everything I requested. The customer service was excellent - friendly and attentive. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious. Only con, which will not be a deal breaker is that Parking was a full capacity, and I had to park on the street.“
“I've been going to this cafe for longer than I can recall. From the time they were an anchor at Hesperia Airport or maybe the airport was their anchor. Either way the employees were/are dedicated to the management and customers. Albeit it was definitely cool to watch the trains and planes come and go. They were able to carry on the hometown atmosphere and great menu. To which they've added many new delicious entrees. Including their meatloaf omelette (only available on certain weekends). Definitely go there for breakfast or lunch, you won't be disappointed.“
“A table of 9 and MARTIN, had it down to a science. Even when a mistake was made on the order he was extremely apologetic and handle it ASAP. We are not locals but are fans for life now because of the food and of course Martin. Tip was a no brained even told his boss, that Martin was amazing. We’ll be back every time we head over to Vegas.“
“I dined at a family-owned restaurant in Hesperia today, despite living in Apple Valley. The food, including the beef enchiladas with homemade-style red sauce, was impressive, and my friend loved their shrimp cocktail. The service was exceptional, with staff checking on us multiple times. This spot has become my favorite in Hesperia, and I highly recommend it.“
“I been coming here since it opened I love the hot turkey plate, it is one of the joys of my life. Each time I had a baby in the hospital the hubby brought me the meal with all sides exactly how I want them. The potatoes are Amazing, the turkey is real, and the gravy is to die for. Folks remember to ask them for a little extra dish of gravy it makes all the difference in the world. My son got me one for my bday but they really skimped on the gravy which ruined the experience. Hopefully next time it will be more saucy. It is great with a bowl of potato soup.Kid-friendliness: There is cute train the runs along the wall with facts about past high desert life.“

“Really good chicken fried steak and eggs . Their home salsa picante is bomb. This is by far the best breakfast spot in the High Desert.Their menudo is one of the better ones in the High Desert.The staff is great and makes you feel like family. Be patient, the food is worth it.“

The server, Marcela, gave us great service. She was very attentive and very friendly. It was not a busy since it was a weekday but she was great with all our requests. We have been coming here for years but stopped for the past few years. We will be coming back soon!“
