Love his YouTubes even if they are in 100% Spanish and am not. Bench watched last night.
He can not take criticism. If you recommend something to make him better he blocks you and asks his public to help defend him. Then he calls everyone a "hater" that doesn't agree with him. He is very unprofessional.

Dulce Canella Hesperia offers a pleasant dining experience with a warm and helpful staff. The menu is extensive, featuring plenty of selections from deep fried treats like churros, fried plantains, and deep fried Twinkies, all beautifully prepared and served piping hot. Customers can enjoy their treats with a variety of dips, including condensed milk, lechera, and cajeta, or personalize their order with toppings like fresh strawberries, banana, and nuts. The restaurant also serves delicious traditional Mexican treats such as warm champurrado, fresh pondulce, conchas, cookies, and breads. For drinks, there are options like milkshakes, iced and hot coffee, and unique flavors like atole. Conveniently located on the east side of the fifteen freeway, off of Main Street in Hesperia, the bakery is nice and clean with a very decent size menu. Though some packaging for to-go orders could be improved, the friendly staff and flavorful food make Dulce Canella Hesperia a top-notch spot with something for everyone.
